§ 6.08.030 — Animal Allowance (Full Code)

A. Home food production or subsistence farming livestock are permitted in the A-1, A-1-R, R-1-15, and R-1-22 residential zones unless restricted by private development agreements, covenants, or other legally binding contracts.

All other properties shall deduct the exact amount of acreage not being used for animals before calculating the animal allowance.

Type of Animal Points per Animal
Large Animals: horses, cattle, mules, burros, llamas, ostrich, other domestic animals of similar size 20

D. Vacant acreage exceeding 5 acres is not subject to the animal allowance requirements.
