Meeting Schedule: Regular Planning Commission meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month at 6:30 PM.

Public Meeting Rules of Order & Procedure
- Meetings are conducted using Roberts Rules of Order as modified by the Chair.
- Meetings begin with an opening ceremony organized by the Chair.
- Public comments are permitted as indicated on the meeting agenda.
- Public comments may be allowed for individual agenda items at the Chair's discretion.
- Public comment may be time-limited at the Chair's discretion.
- Those wishing to comment should approach the podium in an orderly fashion after the Chair opens public comment, and only after being recognized.
- Outbursts from the audience are not allowed and will not be considered in city decisions.

The Farr West Planning Commission consists of 6 full members and 2 alternate members. Alternate members fully participate in all meetings and discussions, but vote only when a full member is absent.
