Bona Vista Water bills Farr West residents for all city utilities (garbage, sewer, water, etc.) on the monthly water bill. City utilities on the Bona Vista Water bill look like this:

Garbage Cans
First garbage cans are purchased with the residence's building permit. Additional and replacement cans are ordered through the city:
- Additional garbage cans: $160/can
- Replacement garbage cans: $25/can
