Meeting Schedule: Regular City Council meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month at 6:30 PM.

Contact: Email all council members at citycouncil@farrwestcity.gov.

Public Meeting Rules of Order & Procedure

  • Meetings are conducted using Roberts Rules of Order as modified by the Chair.
  • Meetings begin with an opening ceremony organized by the Chair.
  • Public comments are permitted as indicated on the meeting agenda.
  • Public comments may be allowed for individual agenda items at the Chair's discretion.
  • Public comment may be time-limited at the Chair's discretion.
  • Those wishing to comment should approach the podium in an orderly fashion after the Chair opens public comment, and only after being recognized.
  • Outbursts from the audience are not allowed and will not be considered in city decisions.
