Meeting Schedule: Regular Planning Commission meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month at 6:30 PM.

Public Meeting Rules of Order & Procedure

Meetings are conducted using Roberts Rules of Order as modified by the Chair.
Meetings begin with an opening ceremony organized by the Chair.
Public comments are permitted as indicated on the meeting agenda.
Public comments may be allowed for individual agenda items at the Chair's discretion.
Public comment may be time-limited at the Chair's discretion.
Those wishing to comment should approach the podium in an orderly fashion after the Chair opens public comment, and only after being recognized.
Outbursts from the audience are not allowed and will not be considered in city decisions.

Members

The Farr West Planning Commission consists of 6 full members and 2 alternate members. Alternate members fully participate in all meetings and discussions, but vote only when a full member is absent.
