CONDITIONAL USE
Conditional Use Permits
A property owner may request a conditional use permit by submitting an application — with the required fee — to the city recorder. Permits for conditional uses are authorized only after approval by the City Council upon recommendation from the Planning Commission.
What to Submit
The following must be submitted to the city recorder before the request will be sent to the Planning Commission:
- Conditional Use Permit Application
- Required fees
- Complete legal description of the property where the conditional use will be applied
- List of all adjacent property owners within 300 feet of the property proposed for conditional use, including their addresses
The city will notify those adjacent property owners of the public hearing for the proposed conditional use.
