DESCRIPTION:**Farr West City Public Meeting Rules of Order & Procedure**\n\
 n1. Meetings will be conducted using Roberts Rules of Order as modified by
  the Chair of the meeting.\n2. Meetings will begin with an opening ceremon
 y organized by the Chair of the meeting.\n3. Public comments shall be perm
 itted as indicated on the meeting agenda.\n\n   1. Public comments may be 
 allowed for individual agenda items at the discretion of the person conduc
 ting the meeting.\n   2. Public comment may be time limited at the discret
 ion of the person conducting the meeting.\n   3. Those desiring to make pu
 blic comment shall approach the podium in an orderly fashion after the per
 son conducting the meeting opens the meeting to public comment\, or reques
 ts public comment on a specific agenda item.  Public comment may be made 
 after a member of the public is recognized by the person conducting the me
 eting. Outbursts from the audience are not allowed\, and will not be consi
 dered in city decisions.\n\n
